Voice Analyst

We are currently looking for an outstanding individual for a Voice Analyst Opportunity with the following qualities and work experience:

? 3 to 5 years Voice Systems Experience with additional knowledge in the Voice over IP technology.
? 3 to 5 years experience in programming PBX and ACD systems such as Nortel, Siemens or Avaya.
? Must be experienced in coordinating the ordering, installation or repair of voice related services and systems.
? Must have good PC based skills such as Excel and Word.
? Must have good oral and written communication.
? Must have working knowledge of voice over IP technology and its application and/or local area network support.
