Web Developer/Repository Manager

My client is seeking a Web Developer/Repository Manager for Bellevue, WA. The contract is initially until the end of the year but has the potential for extension.

Description:

Responsible for the development & maintenance of the tools, programs and processes required to organize, control and display business process documentation, artifacts and assets. Also responsible for the technical analysis and design needed to ensure that these programs are functional and efficient.


Lead the development of a business process documentation repository strategy and solution by:
?Meeting and communicating, verbally and in writing, with representatives of various departments to determine process documentation management & presentation solutions to meet user needs.
?Creating technical solutions to satisfy user needs and testing program function for accuracy and reliability.
?Maintaining, managing and evolving the repository strategy and solutions in response to changing business needs

Minimum Required Skills:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Demonstrated experience in Web design and deployment
? Demonstrated experience in repository and/or content management solution design and deployment
? Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer operations, fundamental concepts, practices and procedures.
? Proven web development experience with .Net including C#, ADO.Net, XML, and XSLT
SQL Server Development experience required, experience with SQL Server 2005 preferred.
? Demonstrates the analytical ability needed to gather, analyze and interpret data and to identify and resolve program needs
? Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a clear, concise manner with staff at all levels.
? Requires the ability to attend to details and work effectively with minimal supervision.
? Demonstrates highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member
