We are a developer and provider of high-performance broadband customer-premises networking equipment and carrier-class software for the remote management of broadband services and equipment. We also develop and provide broadband-enabled services and remote-management software for enterprises' technical support, help desks, and personal computers.

As Website Admin Support, you will be responsible for assisting web site administration with preparation of websites for fulfillment, photocopy and inventory website packets. Flexible schedule starting in morning working 40 hours/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive, verify and prepare website packets for development Photocopy website packets Assign website packets to web designers Prepare website packets for outgoing shipments Maintain website inventory records Maintain department workflow Communicate w/internal and external customers to resolve questions Record & track workflow in company database Special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows 2000 Operating System. Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent Working knowledge of copiers and experience in photocopying documents. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests. Ability to adapt to new procedures quickly. Must be able to type at least 25 wpm. Attention to detail a must!
