Account Management Position for New York based Cellular distributor.

 

American Telecommunications (Ameritel), founded in 1996, is the largest distributor of T-Mobile products and services in the Northeast.We are seeking motivated account managers to work in the New York metro area.

Applicant must be a high energy, aggressive, goal oriented, and entrepreneurial individual, with superb customer care abilities. Applicant should possess the following:

 Sales Experience (Cellular experience preferred*) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to successfully prioritize and implement sales plans within a regional area Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing accounts Ability to work independently Knowledge of computers Responsible attitude Personal Vehicle Bilingual a plus*

 

Job Summary:
An account manager is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and servicing existing customers. He/she is enthusiastically focused on customer success, while continuously striving to bring in new business. Top candidates for this position will be confident, organized, and love the thrill of closing new business. An account manager will be comfortable in new sales situations and will enjoy face-to-face sales. We are seeking goal-oriented, motivated salespeople to join our Superior Sales Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage our existing relationshipsCreate and execute a territory plan for assigned geographic territory. Act as a liaison between Ameritel, T-Mobile and accountsQualify prospects to uncover and close opportunities for new business. Proactive outreach to target resellers.Effectively and efficiently manage own schedule and appointments.Travel to top prospects and existing accounts within assigned geographic territory.Timely and accurate sales and activity reporting.Close sales to attain and exceed revenue goals.Collaborate effectively with Sales Team to optimize sales effectiveness, account relationships and performance.
