Wireless Field Technicians

Xanadoo LLC, a subsidiary of Pegasus Communications Corporation, is an exciting new facilities-based provider of portable wireless Internet access and broadband communications ("WISP") to residential, small business and enterprise subscribers. We are currently seeking Tower Climbers in the following Texas markets: Lubbock, Abilene, Wichita Falls, Brownwood, and Marble Falls.

Tower Climbers ? Full Time

In this role, Climbers will be responsible for mounting our broadband equipment on structures including water towers, buildings, and communication towers. Previous climbing experience is required. Good mechanical skills are a must. Knowledge of computer and wireless systems is a plus. You may be required to provide your own vehicle for transportation. A valid, unrestrictive driver?s license is required. Climbers should be prepared to travel throughout Texas. Applicants must be Texas residents.

We also have Full Time Wireless Field Technicians positions available in the following Texas markets: Lubbock, Abilene, Wichita Falls, Brownwood, and Marble Falls.

In this role, wireless field techs will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance of cell site equipment, conducting drive testing to verify cell coverage and network integrity, and responding in a timely manner to network outages & BTS alarms as instructed. Please note that this position requires on call time, in addition to regular work hours.2 years of experience in a Field Technician Role is required. Experience with TCP/IP and Cisco or Navini equipment and CDMA experience a plus. 2 year technical degree is preferred. Ethernet switching, TCP/IP routing and CDM A field technician skills preferred. A valid, unrestrictive driver?s license is required.
