Wireless Telecom Program Manager - Direct hire

Hudson 's client is seeking 2 Program Managers to add to their team on a Direct Hire basis.

Group?s Purpose

? The Customer Implementation and Services Group is responsible for management and delivery of end-to-end solution (BAU, SWAP, adds, etc.) with high quality, efficiency and high customer satisfaction across all customers, all types of projects, and all geographies.

Job?s Purpose

? Lead teams of Market Managers (MM?s) to achieve goals and objectives as established by the Customer Implementation and Service Director (CIASD), and have primary customer interface responsibilities at regional level.  Responsible for forecasting.

? To be responsible for the P&L of all Managers under his/her direction and to manage their operations profitability with timely, efficient and best-in-class delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Responsible for overall scheduling of market projects.

Responsibility/Activity

Supervision and management of teams of Market Managers (MM's)

? Ensure that the MM?s deliver the maximum Contribution Margin possible.

? Ensure MM deliver project on time and with high customer satisfaction

? Recruit, train and mentor best in class staff

Forecasting of resource needs using customer and internal input

? Efficient assignment of projects to MM?s

? Efficient forecasting of capital and personnel resource needs 12 month rolling period

? Ensure processes are followed and interfaces with other organizations (SCM, finance, E&SME, Customer Support, Product Development, Customer Account Management) are flowing and optimized.

? Owns relation with the customer at regional level and coordinate customer interaction with the MM?s and input and contribute to customer relationship at national level.

? Spend time with customer in local markets

? Participate in generating news sales opportunities for their markets

? Forecasting accuracy for rolling 6 month period (TBD)



? Adherence to project completion timelines for regional area (Meet or exceed plan)

? Contribution margin (cost savings) as indicated in project cost model for regional area (meet or exceed plan)

? Add-on sales generation for regional area (TBD)

? Customer satisfaction ? improvement over previous period for regional area (TBD)

? Increase retention (TBD)

Qualifications

? Must have practical experience in the deployment and operation of Wireless Telecom systems

? Bachelor?s Degree

? 8-10 years of overall experience with 3 years in a supervisory role
