Your chance to LEAD and SUCCEED! Provisioning Dept Supervisor for Call Center

The Provisioning Supervisor for the Order Management Team at Sage Telecom is responsible for directing the timely processing of customer orders. This responsibility involves taking care of Sage business and Sage employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Must be able to work Sunday - Thursday, 12 noon to 9 PM.
* Handle highly escalated change order issues and call customer for regular updates until resolution or completion; interact with various carriers to resolve highly escalated issues.
* Check past due order errors for correct status and return to Customer Care or appropriate OMT Order Processor when necessary.
* Review daily, weekly and monthly OMT group and individual activity statistics to evaluate departmental efficiency.
* Provide motivation, coaching, and leadership to team members to meet orexceed established department goals; assist OMT Order Processors with questions regarding orders and processes.
* Approve time off and schedule changes for team  members; review and sign weekly time cards and distribute to payroll for processing.
* Administer performance reviews and corrective action according to established company procedures; maintain employee files.
* Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members; assist in the development of training materials and coordination of training schedules.
* May be required to work varied schedules to meet department needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Strong ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams with a positive attitude; Proactive approach to problem resolution.
* Excellent phone etiquette and oral communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer invoices, account information, and performance statistics.
* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and follow through skills.
* Working knowledge in a Windows based environment, MS Office applications, e-mail and the Internet.
* Willingness and ability to immediately adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.



EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE and OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor?s degree from four-year college; and/or two to four year?s related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum 2-4 year?s related Provisioning experience required - you are expected to be the expert in this area.
* Minimum 1-3 years in a supervisory/leadership role, preferably in telecommunications call center environment.
* Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
