CUSTOMER SERVICE/ORDER ENTRY REPRESENTATIVE

We currently have an opportunity for Full-Time Regular and Seasonal- (8 months per year with summers off) Order Entry/Customer Service Representative(s)- 8:30am-5:00pm. In this role you will perform data input into the computer system; answer and satisfy customer calls; contact customers about orders; and assist with special projects, as needed 

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

 

Excellent attention to detail;

Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills;

Excellent customer service skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively build rapport with customers;

Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task;

Strong computer skills;

Action-orientation;

Ability to learn quickly.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years prior customer service or related experience preferred.
