Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently conducting a search to fill one long term Senior Graphic Designer opportunity with a global apparel manufacturing company in the Portland Area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and working with design leadership and category team members in Design, Development and Merchandising to ensure the feasibility of designs. You will produce presentation materials in conjunction with Design and Category teams to effectively communicate concepts.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts via presentation materials to internal and external audiences. Share your vision!
* The ability to provide inspiration, connect across design and have aesthetic design vision.
* The ability to lead by example, have a presence within the team.

* Bachelors Degree
* 5-7 Years of Related Experience
* Catalog Layout Experience
* Experience leading design efforts within a category to create graphic and/or textile concepts and designs.
* Effective use of new technologies and computer systems
* Merchandising needs, meeting price points and product creation timelines.
* Managing, Coaching or Mentoring other designers.
