Ocean Minded is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Manger to handle the following tasks:

 

Responsibilities:Responsible for all segments of shipping and receiving, including verification of incoming and outgoing good/quantities as well as preparation of goods for shipment etc.Ensure proper flow of customer orders and stock transfer.Implement directives from upper management. Accurately prepare all shipping documents for domestic and international shipments. Receive all incoming packages from customers and vendors. Prioritize and promptly distribute all packages to the appropriate party/department. Responsible for checking accuracy of the product and order prior to shipping.Work closely with sales and service department daily to set and meet deadlines and commitments to customers.

 

Experience:Must have 4+ years of progressively responsibly experience in shipping/receiving environment.Excellent communications skills are required.Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast pace environment. MS office experience a must.
