Job Description:
Managing the maintenance department responsible for the upkeep of a 500,000 square foot Distribution Center for a major Retailer with a high-speed conveyer system. 
Mange a staff of 22 maintenance people and 2 supervisors, who will keep the Forklifts, sorters and conveyer going in a 24 hour a day operation.
Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and outside the box thinking.

 

Qualifications: 
Must have held a Senior or Leadership role working in the Maintenance part of Distribution.
Must have direct experience in maintaining a high-speed conveyer system. 
Looking for a planner and a problem solver, 7 plus years in a stable environment.
Should have had experience in experience in safety and solid customer service, customer focus.
Must be able to work in a high speed ? detail oriented environment.
Must be bi-lingual. 

 

Education Preferences:
Bachelors in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field a plus.
