Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Receiving Supervisor for our Bridgeton, MO location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supervising the salaried clerk(s) and hourly employees in the PPS Receiving area on 2nd shift. This area is responsible for the physical moves and documentation steps required to process all purchased parts from receipt through delivery to the in house customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the workforce to ensure that all storeroom pull requests are filled and delivered in a timely and accurate manner to meet production requirements.

Create and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure that all employees are working in a productive, efficient and safe manner.

Direct the workforce to ensure that all Purchased Parts entering the building are unloaded, staged, dispositioned, documented and delivered and/or stowed in a timely and accurate manner to meet production requirements.

Direct the department to assure fair and consistent discipline within department, and maintain high employee morale.

Actively support cycle counting program. Maintain a high level (98% +) of inventory accuracy in the PPS.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma required, degree preferred.

1 - 5 years related experience.
