?Leading Home Furnishing Importer with National Retail Distribution has an exciting opportunity for?an Assistant Supervisor to work in its Dayton, NJ Distribution Center?for?first shift.

?

We?re looking for a highly motivated, organized entry level individual to issue and monitor work assignments, making sure deadlines and standards are met.? This position requires good decision-making skills and a working knowledge in Warehouse/Distribution Management.? A willingness to ?go the extra mile? will ensure your success in our company.?

Candidate must possess the ability to work well with all levels of people within the organization.?

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

?Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies Help to plan, direct and organize warehouse activities to ensure successful operations? Ensure that equipment is well maintained and that housekeeping meets company standards Assist in employee training
