Admin Clerk 1

? Perform address searches through various sources to ensure that the contractor can deliver packages.

? Identify misleads by researching the location of the delivery.

? File and maintain all quality assurance reports from the AS/400.

? Inspect damage packages and complete all reports; determine if salvageable, repack and return to system flow, if possible.

? Handle hazardous material damages or overgoods requiring specific documentation, which is sent to the safety department, original terminal and the regional safety maintenance department

? Performs other duties as assigned.

 

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

 

Salary dependent on experience.
