Assistant Export Administrator
Cargill Flavor Systems provides flavor ingredients to Food and Beverage Industry leaders worldwide. Our growth in the international marketplace demands that we expand our team to include an Assistant Export Administrator based at our the North American headquarters in Cincinnati. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader in providing total food solutions to customers globally.
Opportunity Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for export and manage document flow
- Interact with Customers, Forwarding Agents, and Carriers thoughout the export process
- Coordinate with Internal Customers to facilitate timely shipments
- Oversee Hazmat shipments for all modes of transportation
- Ship hazardous samples for R&D Department
Requirements
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills and Attention to Detail
- Export shipping and documentation experience
- Hazardous Material shipping experience or certification
- Minimum of Associates Degree preferably in a business related field
Preferred Traits/Skills
- Working knowledge of SAP in areas of shipping and invoicing
- 2+ years of related experience in a distribution setting
