Blue chip retailers: You will be working with FSA clients that include America's blue chip retail leaders. Your strong leadership skills will serve you well working with our independent delivery teams and staff in our warehouse and cross-dock facilities.

 

Team leadership:  You will serve as a key player in helping to lead the independent home delivery teams by providing well organized and efficient coordination of all shift activities in a quality-driven work environment.

 

Customer satisfaction: You will be joining a smart corporate culture that is customer-focused.  Our assistant location managers play a key role in leading customer satisfaction initiatives with our independent contractor delivery teams.

 

Effective communication: Your strong communication skills will contribute to the business as you maintain positive rapport with client contacts, store managers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams. Your strong analytical skills will provide insight in operating an effective and profitable business at your location.

 

Qualifications: Self-starter. Resourceful. Excellent work ethic.  Effective manager of human resources, fleets and capital equipment. Candidates with third party home delivery experience are preferred. You should be very familiar with terms such as freight lanes  and routing as well as some of the software that is standard in the industry. Although this position does not typically include relocation assistance, a limited relocation allowance is possible for the right candidate depending on experience and qualifications.
