A progressive, energetic, customer-focused transportation company is seeking an assistant transportation manager to supervise bus operations at a prestigious world renowned university located in Buffalo, NY.

A candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills as well as interpersonal skills. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products. Must have experience in supervising the day to day transportation operations preferably within a large university transportation systems.

The responsibilities of this position shall include but not be limited to the following:

1. Directing and scheduling all transportation staff to meet the university's transportation needs.

2. Compiling the university's transportation system data and the development of operational reports.

3. Preparation of monthly invoicing, documenting all charges as well as payroll.
