Biller – Las Vegas, NV

  Invoices orders that are not invoiced through the system and processes and prepares all international orders.


Essential Functions:   

?  Generates invoices for orders that are not invoiced through the system.  These orders can have domestic or international destinations with various shipping and payment methods.

?  Processes and prepares all paperwork required by the Shipper and Customs in order to ship orders to customers located at an international location.

?  Reviews information provided and inputs the information into various shipper workstations to generate the required shipping labels.

?  Ensures the accuracy of all information provided on the invoices and corrects any errors found.

?  Prepares packages for shipment by taping, labeling and affixing all required paperwork for delivery.

?  Communicates with the Account Manager regarding any issues or problems that may arise with their customer?s orders.

?  Physically handles the preparation and the actual physical movement of all packages to various Shippers.

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

?  Prepares daily shipment reports a minimum of once a week.

?  Housekeeping such as emptying garbage cans, sweeping, cleaning desks and other workstations.

?  Resolves problems by researching missing labels, missing product and/or missing boxes.

?  Prepares Drop Ship orders for delivery.

?  Trains new hires.

 

 

Organizational Relationships: Reports directly to the Billing Supervisor.

 

 

Qualifications: 

?  High School diploma or equivalent required.

?  Strong data entry and ten-key skills required.

?  Computer skills required.

?  High attention to detail required.

?  Strong mathematical ability required.

?  Ability to work at a fast-pace to process high numbers of orders on a daily basis required.

?  Physical aspect of job requires Biller to work at a quick pace on the feet for a minimum of 4 hours per day, including working on the floor, the line in Billing and labeling boxes for shipping.  Requires lifting and pushing of boxes, up to 70 pounds, pulling a pallet jack and walking the distances throughout all three warehouses everyday.
