Corporate Travel Director

The Corporate Travel Director will handle all aspects of domestic & international reservations, in addition to any administrative tasks required to thoroughly communicate and verify weekly travel for a growing team of 200+ contractors.  This position requires strong SABRE skills and extensive national travel background with knowledge of fares, routings, documentation and destinations.

 

Corporate Travel Director: Qualifications

 Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate travel required.  Onsite experience is preferred. Experience with project coordination. Experience working on several projects at once.

Skills, Qualifications & CharacteristicsEffective time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable communicating the organization's travel policy and foster compliance. Strong customer service orientation with a high level of professionalism is required. Must be highly PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, etc.) SABRE proficient. Ability to plan travel arrangements that take into account individual preferences, budget, and time constraints. Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations. Ability to handle work of diverse scope and complexity. Ability to field after-hours and emergency weekend calls from travelers on a rotating basis.  Highly proactive and ability to make decisions.Is responsive, empathetic and attentive to customer needs. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.
