In this position, you will play a vital role for meeting all the demands to ensure the exacting and punctual arrival of all our chauffeured vehicles for our clients.

Duties would include telephone interaction with limousine clients, scheduling drivers, and dispatching jobs with the skill of forecasting for their next assignment based on average trip time from location to location. All this in the everchanging conditions experienced daily in our area.

This is accomplished by great attention to detail made possible by constantly monitoring variables such as traffic and weather reports and airline flight delays. 

The ideal candidate would have experience in logical dispatcher duties and aptitude of driving times as well as knowledge of tri state area.

You must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced ever-changing environment. 

Proficiency in windows based software and excellent data entry, communication and interpersonal skills are required
