Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated, experienced customer service associate for our facility located in Edison, NJ.  We are Gannet Warehousing Corp. located in Heller Park.  We have been in business since 1984, having moved our administrative and customer service offices from Elizabeth to Edison in 2004.  We have a state of the art computer system that helps maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications for the job include:

 having experience in a public warehousing and/or trucking environmentknowing how to speak with customers;computer literate with Microsoft office, email, and inventory management;data entry speed and accuracy;professional attitude;being a team player;

 

 

We are seeking a person who, after a period of training, will be able to handle several customers' accounts from start to finish.  Each CSR in our group is the main point of contact for the customers he/she handles.  You will get to know them and they will get to know you.  You will process all of their inbound shipments, enter their orders to ship out, and resolve inventory discrepancies with the help of the warehouse management team.
