Customer Service / Operations Support



Jevic Transportation, Inc., a premier LTL carrier, has an immediate opening for a Casual Customer Service/Operations Support position to work at our Cleveland, Ohio Metro facility. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 12:00PM. This position will be responsible for all clerical/administrative procedures including but not limited to:



Check-in drivers



Proof, tear down, record, locate, and reprint delivery receipts



Fax and distribute driver tallys



Code, fax, image any related documents and customer bill of ladings



Retrieve printed delivery receipts



Receive direction for appointments and calls



Dock/check reconciliation



Manifests all trips



Distribute mail to drivers



Obtain supplies for staff departments



Help Dispatch locate and round up drivers



Cut bills and verify driver?s paperwork



Keep dispatch windows clear and moving
