Long Haul Dispatcher Position:

 

Leading OTR Trucking Company seeks experienced dispatcher for its linehaul operations dept., based in Jamestown, OH.  Responsible for assigning OTR drivers for the conveyance of freight, followup overdue vehicles, resolve transportation conflicts & maintain customer relations.  Qualified candidate must possess direct hands-on dispatch exper. supervising long haul drivers.  Min. of 5 yrs. supervisory experience in the trucking industry w/ability to motivate.  Must possess excellent cust. svc., organizational, and commun. skills, with the ability to learn.

Customer Service Representative Position:

 

Job Description:
To provide excellent customer service, problem solve, support dispatchers efforts, tracing of shipments/drivers via updating tracking sheets and commicating directly with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

?Minimum two-year?s experience in dealing with truck drivers/owner operators or similar environment.

?Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner.

?Strong orientation towards quality, and process improvement.

?Detail-oriented with great organizational and problem solving skills.

? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment with frequent interruptions.
