DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our team in our Woburn, Massachusetts facility. The second shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the outbound distribution center associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise. The ideal candidate will motivate, coach and develop the team, while monitoring staffing levels in accordance to plan. The Supervisor must ensure safety, housekeeping and maintenance standards.REQUIREMENTSQualified candidates must demonstrate a high level of initiative, strong leadership and decision making skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines is preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position and proficiency in MS Office required. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and has a High School diploma or equivalent.
