Requirements include:
? 21 years of age or older
? Possess a class A CDL with HazMat - other endorsements are helpful, but not required
? Have a clean MVR
Pass a DOT physical and drug screening
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUI?s in the past 5 years.
City Driver Qualifications: Similar qualifications as the tractor-trailer drivers, but in some cases a straight truck is used (a class B CDL is all that is required), so tractor-trailer experience is not always necessary.
