Delivery Truck Driver-Local Area, Non-CDL
Job Purpose:
*Loads truck by preparing orders, securing items, and placing in truck for delivery to destination within approx. 75 mile radius of Englishtown, New Jersey.
*Delivers items by identifying destinations; establishing local routes;unloading items into store, operating, and maintaining truck
* Serves customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding complaints; adjusting orders.
*Provides assistance to warehouse staff in performing normal warehouse duties such as unloading and storing of inbound material and shipping tasks.
*Operates forklift (easy to learn, no certificate required)
* Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments; Obtains payment by accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments.
