Carey Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a Director of Operations.  The Director of Operations will provide hands on management to ensure the Carey brand is developed and maintained in all aspects of the 24/7 operation.The ideal candidate should be a team builder, able to train and lead a customer focused team.Customer focus, either through the customer service team or directly in managing "key" accounts, is critical for success.   Additionally, they should be a proficient project manager, able to manage a multi-faceted, fast paced event from beginning to end.  A demonstrated ability to manage to established metrics and maintain accountability is an important aspect of this position.
