Dispatcher/Transportation - IMMEDIATE OPENING

This person will be responsible for keeping a fleet of company and owner operators on the road at all times while helping to grow our fleet simultaneously. We are looking for a dependable, high energy person who is able to multi-task and work as a team member with other employees, drivers and customers.



Successful and established truckload carrier has an immediate opening for the following full time position in the Dallas Area;



Dispatcher/Supervisor for small fleet of company and owner-operator trucks:



? Experience in hiring company drivers as well as owner-operators

? Knowledge of U.S. DOT rules and regulations as well as driver requirements and compliance

? Highly motivated self starter with previous truckload dispatch background

? Book and assign truck load shipments in a timely and cost effective manner that services the customers and satisfies our drivers

? Pro actively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution

? Ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple projects unsupervised

? Ensure customers and carriers receive the highest quality of service through prompt communication and responsiveness

? Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

? Must be detail oriented and organized

? Great opportunities for advancement

? Goal oriented ? Willingness to stay until the job is done and available to be on call

? Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience
