We currently have the following position available in our A.J. WRIGHT Distribution Center located in Fall River, Massachusetts:


Distribution Center Supervisor 2nd shift
This position is based in a distribution center providing product to A.J. WRIGHT stores nationwide.


The Distribution Center Supervisor builds, develops, and leads a team of hourly associates to accomplish productivity objectives in the Distribution Center. They ensure daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals are achieved.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate diverse workforce.
Ensure cost effectiveness in all operations.
Provide direct support of all operational functions.
Supervise 15+ associates with regard to daily production performance.
Ensure established volumes of production are met or surpassed daily.
Develop, train and motivate associates and resolve associate relations issues.
Ensure associates properly complete all receiving, processing and stocking tasks.
Oversee proper handling of equipment.
Management of tasks both on and off the production floor.








Successful candidates will have:

Bachelors Degree or 3- 5 years Supervisory experience in a
Distribution Center or Warehouse environment.
Experience managing associates (15 to 30 people)
Computer skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a bargaining unit environment preferred.
