 This person must possess a unique blend of business savvy and big picture vision to meet corporate goals.  Must be energetic, self-directed, results-driven and comfortable with overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Process orders by supervising the scheduling of orders for shipment. Maintain billing of orders by supervising the preparation and verification of invoices. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

The qualified candidate will possess:A minimum of seven years previous 3PL management experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to manage and direct people. Previous P & L responsibility. Demonstrated experience with production turnaround. Self-starter, high-energy, aggressive, well-organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities Logistics/warehouse operations experience/knowledge ? preferred. Great customer focus and attitude.

Industry Leaders Combine Expertise to Expand and Enhance Supply Chain Service Offerings
