Distribution Operations Supervisor

Description:
Our Distribution Center is moving to a new facility which triggers our search for 4 Distribution Operations Supervisors. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working either the day or night shift. The supervisors will rotate working the day or night shift throughout the year.

This exciting position is located at our facility in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals with the following:
o 2 - 5+ years supervisory management experience in a high volume distribution, assembly or packaging environment.
o Publishing distribution experience is a plus.
o Associates Degree - preferably Bachelors.
o Ability to multi-task, perform effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment with quick turnarounds.
