Responsibilities


?


In this position, you'll:


Supervise the receipt, storage, order filling, or shipment of inventory;

Administer safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance;

Communicate and administer policies and procedures;

Assist management in problem solving and coordinating projects;

Recruit and train department associates;

Conduct associate's performance planning/review, ongoing performance discussions, and salary review recommendations; and

Monitor and record productivity and accuracy for your assigned department.

College degree or equivalent work experience.
Managerial background with five+ years of experience as well as a background in Warehouse/Distribution.?
Previous experience in customer service, complex systems and distribution preferred.?
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.?
Ability to? manage workforce to ensure meeting pickup deadlines for various 3rd party carriers.
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and oral/written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead others by example and with motivation.
