At Matthews, we?re not just employees, we own the place!
Matthews Book Company is an employee-owned Westport distributor of health and science text and reference books.
We have immediate positions available in our distribution center for either full-time or part-time warehouse jobs. The duties include picking, packing, stocking, forklift, receiving, cleaning, etc. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
If you're interested in part-tme employment we will try to work around your high school or college class schedule.
Medical, dental and life benefits are available after 90 days for full-time employees. Vacation, 401k and Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) after one year. Work may include hours on Saturday, especially during our rush season in the summer.
Matthews maintains a drug free work environment and therefore requires pre-employment drug testing for all positions.
