District Manager

ABX Logistics, Inc., one of the worlds leading freight forwarders and logistics providers is currently seeking a professional talented and highly motivated District Manager for our San Francisco office.

 

This position will have overall responsibility and fiscal accountability for the branch. Will monitor and increase revenues on a consistent basis annually by performing independently and in cooperation with the sales staff to acquire new accounts and gain additional business from existing ones; responsible for overseeing all departments and their day-to-day operations and productivity; create and maintain yearly budgets to meet company goals; responsible for all station level activities by creating and maintaining a professional work environment while ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed; and perform employee reviews and salary negotiations.

 

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in management from a four-year College or University and 10 years of logistics experience.  This position requires excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Word Processing software experience.
