Airgas, Inc., North America?s largest distributor of industrial, specialty and medical gases and related equipment and safety products is seeking a candidate for our Driver position at our Carol Stream location. 

 

Working with safety as the top priority, the Driver is responsible for delivering cylinders and hard goods directly to our medical customers.  Responsibilities include organizing routes in an efficient manner; operating a forklift; maintaining load manifests and other DOT vehicle documents.  Building a strong relationship with customers is a vital function of this position.

 

Qualified candidates will have a Class A CDL with a Combination, Hazmat and tanker endorsements, clean driving record is required, and must be able to routinely lift 25-30 lbs. A demonstrated commitment to customer service is also a must. Knowledge of industrial and specialty gases a plus.
