Driver Recruiter Class A

STAFFMARK TRANSPORTATION - The leader in the Transportation Staffing Industry- needs an Energetic Recruiter to become part of the internal team in the Santa Fe Springs Area. The vital role demands a high degree of commitment and enthusiasm.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

?

*Initiating contact with possible qualified driver candidates for specific job openings and scheduling appointments for them to come in and apply.

?

* Working with Management, Supervisors, Peers,and Customers to? identify driver requirements, job specifications and skills.

?

* Writes and places job postings through Internet, Newspapers,Job Fairs,etc.

?

* Screens and refers driver candidates for additional? interviews through dispatch them.

?

* Communicates with dispatch team daily and is aware of all of New job openings and recruits accordingly.

?

* Search the Internet for new applicants on a daily bases

?

*Develop and maintains network of recruiting sources and business relationships

?

* Assess and administer 'road test' for new applicants in tractor/ trailer

?

* Conduct 'new hire ' orientations of processed applicants

?

* Assist with employment verifications for new hires

?

* Updates database with recruiting activity

?

?

?

DRIVER RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS:

?

?

Commercial Class A Driver License

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong phone skills

Ability to work independently and performance driven

Recruiting Experience is preferred, but not required

Bilingual (Spanish / English) a Plus

Willing to be a team player 100%

Work hard with others in respectful environment
