The qualified candidate should be outgoing, enthusiastic, and detail oriented, with some prior management experience, and a passion for our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Recruit, interview, hire, and train a competent workforce of experienced Drivers.

? Assign drivers to routes and schedules which allow 100% service and delivery performance with customer

? Create and maintain an environment where Safety becomes a part of the Drivers daily life, investigate accidents and incidents.

? Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing to customers, drivers and other employees.

? Communicate with Customer Service personnel on customer issues.

? Demonstrate organizational and memory skills to effectively handle multiple priorities with  

  short deadlines.

?  Be able to perform route duties when needed.

?  Responsible for vehicle maintenance and upkeep

Qualifications:

? 1 years prior Driver Management experience

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Strong interpersonal skills

? High level of initiative and accountability

? Experience in Routing

? Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives

? Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines

? Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

? Must be able to work nights and weekends
