The Center for Transportation Safety is a proud partner with the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation delivering the Alive @ 25 message to the high schools and colleges. This program uses special built DUI simulators to show the dangers of drinking and driving and drugging and driving in an attempt to reduce the thousands of deaths in this age group.

Successful candidates will be required to report to Denver, Colorado for a 4 week orientation.

CDL DRIVER TRAINERS

Class ?A? Commercial Driver Trainers must have:

? Minimum of 10 years verifiable experience as a combination commercial driver

? Excellent driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years. No DUI or suspended driving violations.

? Comfortable addressing groups of individuals

? Desire and ability to train others

? Physically fit and able to work outdoors

? Ability to travel as needed for a period of 2 weeks from home.

The following individuals are encouraged to apply:

? Law Enforcement/D.O.T. Compliance

? Bi-lingual English/Spanish

? Prior experience in Oil and Gas industry

Experienced Instructor or Teaching background helpful.

 

 

Driver Safety Trainers - Non Commercial

Successful candidates must have one or more of the following requirements:

? Minimum 5 years as a Safety Manager in a Commercial Fleet

? Minimum 5 years as a Law Enforcement Officer

? Minimum of 5 years as a Safety Trainer in the areas of Transportation

? Ability to travel as needed

? Clean driving record. No DUI or suspension of license.

Previous Defensive Driving instructors, bi-lingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.


 

Campus Manager

The successful candidate will report directly to president of the Center for Transportation Safety.

RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE:

? Oversee the day to day operations of a training campus

? Supervise trainers and support staff in start up operations

? Manage profit and loss for the campus

? Scheduling of staff and students

? Facility and equipment management

? Recommend and implement programs for advance driver safety

? Lead by example with strong work ethics, time management, and customer service.

? Develop strong long lasting relationships within region and participate in local, state, and federal safety based programs.

REQUIREMENTS

? Strong management skills with proven background

? Prior training experience in transportation or related industries

? Strong communication and customer service skills

? Verifiable 10 years experience in transportation industry

? Candidate must be willing and available to work full time within region

? Ability to travel as needed throughout United States

? Excellent computer skill and knowledge of windows based platforms

? Class ?A? CDL

? Clean driving record. No DUI or suspension of license
