Lanier is currently seeking a Lead Customer service operator/Floater, and multiple entry level CSO/drivers for our Kona location on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The person in this position will be responsible for customer service at various account locations, which will include daily client contact while making multiple scheduled daily deliveries to support the existing delivery infrastructure. This position is a training position where the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to learn our business and procedures with the future goal of becoming a Site Manager for our company.

The right candidate should have at least 2 years of current experience in a customer service driven environment and must enjoy working with people. Our candidate should be flexible, enthusiastic, and a go-getter who is looking for the opportunity to move forward in their career. Any knowledge or background in courier services or mail rooms would be a definite plus. Qualifications should also include computer skills. Any experience with Lotus Notes would be a plus.
