Polka Dot Design is an online destination for party planning and custom printed party invitations. We offer a creative and comfortable work environment where the focus is on people. We currently have a new position open in our Customer Relations department to connect with our customers to ensure a positive experience with our company.
 

Job DescriptionPrepare boxes and maintain a sufficient supply throughout the day to keep up with the demand for printed and blank stock items Package products and prepare them for shipping Compare and confirm matching packing slips with shipping labels Ensure that shipments are complete and contain all of the correct items Receive, inventory, and stock all in-bound deliveries Verify receivables and manufacturer packing slips and take the necessary actions to rectify any inconsistencies Three days per week pull, meter, and mail samples  Company DescriptionVisit us online at www.polkadotdesign.com

We carry over 6000 invitations, gift items, paper products and party accessories. We provide customized printing on all of our wedding programs and invitations, and provide easy online editing and proofing capabilities for our customers. Upon their request, samples of most of our items are available for a small fee.

Customer service by phone and live chat is available for customers to ask questions regarding our products place an order or modify an existing order.
