Executive Assistant

We are searching for an energetic, organized, highly motivated Executive Assistant to report to our CEO. 

 

Duties include:

 Filing Answering phones & screening callsCorrespondenceEditing and revising proposalsTracking charity donationsManaging contact databaseMarketing and PR projectsManaging direct mail campaignMain point of contact for ad agencyManage special client list Email DatabasePersonal Errands

 

This position requires a dynamic personality that can work in a fast paced environment.  Hours are 9 AM until 6 PM Monday ? Friday.  Excellent pay and benefits for the right individual.
