Transborder Air Cargo, Inc is a leading international and domestic Road Feeder operator servicing the airfreight and expedited ground community in North America.  We also operate a Customs bonded facility at our JFK headquarters.

 

We currently have a career opportunity for a Freight Billing Supervisor at our JFK Corporate Office.  We are looking for an ambitious individual who has a good work ethic, attention to detail, an ability to meet deadlines and is a creative problem solver.  Responsibilities will include calculating and entering freight charges and generating customer invoices on a daily basis, liaising with staff in all our locations, responding to customer queries, maintaining internal pricing standards, tariffs and customer contracts.  You will also be responsible for supervising billing clerks, auditing all invoicing and ensuring that billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

 

Experience of billing within the transportation industry is essential.  Must be proficient in the use of MSWord and MSExcel and capable of operating different software packages.

 

Market salary will be commensurate with experience.  Benefits package includes medical, dental and 401k.
