We are Fortune 500 Company currently seeking a Maintenance Manager candidate with experience in maintaining and repairing a shuttle vehicle fleet. This position is located in Philadelphia, PA.

 

The candidate for this position should have a BS/BA in Business (preferred), 4 - 6 years experience as a Regional Maintenance Manager and eight years experience in a maintenance service function.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and written skills and be self-directed.  Additionally, this position requires strong analytical skills and a successful track record of managing budgets and/or P&L.  Experience with related software packages a plus.  Candidate must be committed to a SAFETY lifestyle.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

?  Oversee and direct contractual services for maintenance, administrative and parts departments

?  Oversee and direct all other contractual services

?  Manage computerized information system

?  Ensure services are provided within budget

?  Effectively maintain direct assets (vehicles, facilities, inventories, tools and equipment)

?  Ensure compliance of local, state and federal laws and regulations (EPA, OSHA, DOT, ADA and EEOC)

?  Analyze, prepare, propose and negotiate operating budgets with client

?  Analyze and prepare operating forecasts

?  Assure a safe working environment

?  Ensure compliance of company?s Human Resource policies and procedures
