Our client is a rapidly growing designer, manufacturer and marketer of footwear for men, women and children.  As one of Colorado?s fastest growing, publicly traded companies, our client makes footwear ideal for casual wear, as well as for recreational uses such as boating, hiking, fishing and gardening.  The ideal candidate for the Facilities Manager position is detail oriented, extremely organized and can take initiative while maintaining operational excellence within the receiving department.  The position is responsible for the optimal functioning of multiple building systems and day-to-day operations and quality assurance of those systems.  This position requires the ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment.  Strong distribution background in a high volume, high growth retail environment a plus. 

 

Description: Responsible for day-to-day functioning of multiple building systems to include, but not limited to:MechanicalFire/Life SafetyElevatorsGrounds Keeping

 Work with landlords, leases and property managersImplement and manage building policiesCollaborate with security guard systems and help insure safety regulations for the buildingWork with maintenance, design, construction and architecture teamsOSHA requirementsPrioritize work order requestsFocus on quality assuranceOrganize and maintain HVAC, Fire Suppression, Electrical, Production Floor Arrangement ContractorsPresent budget proposals to executive management for new construction and renovationsOversees the company?s Environmental, Health, Safety and Security programs

Qualifications:

 Four year degree from college or university5 years experienceStrong writing skillsExcellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP system20% Travel

Salary:  Commensurate with experience.  Exceptional bonus and benefit plan.
