Fleet Mechanic $1,500.00 Sign on Bonus
National Linen provides entire lines of linens to hospitals, hotels, etc. and maintains their own fleet of service vehicles.
Job Purpose:
Maintains fleet by inspecting vehicles; repairing and replacing parts. this is a hands on position with gas and diesel engines.
Duties:
* Completes preventive maintenance program by inspecting and servicing vehicles; conducting performance tests.
* Repairs vehicles by interviewing drivers; diagnosing problem; testing functions using test equipment; repairing or replacing parts using hand tools and equipment.
* Maintains vehicle records by completing forms.
* Maintains safe vehicle operation by passing state inspections; following standards and procedures; complying with state and federal regulations.
* Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
