The Kellogg Company has an opening for a Fleet Operations Manager In this role you will assist in managing fleet related expenses associated with the DSD network, while serving as liaison for our Distribution Center Managers with the Corporate Fleet Department and third party vendors. You will also be an integral member in preparing semi-annual fleet budgets while monitoring performance against budget, and explaining budget variances each period. Additionally, you will ensure fleet is properly maintained, including preventative maintenance and controlling after-the-fact repairs through consistent monitoring of SAP reports and other management reports provided by our fleet management company.

Requirements  A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience in Distribution, Fleet Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related area is required.Knowledge and experience with the latest fleet and warehouse equipment is required.Knowledge of the technical aspects of fleet operations as it relates to a DSD network is highly desirable. Knowledge of Kellogg's Snack's Distribution Center procedures is preferred Experience with SAP is strongly preferred
