Freight Operations Assistant Manager

Immediate opening is available for a strong and challenge-seeking leader to oversee busy and growing freight office. Must have 10 years experience in a supervisory role in the freight industry. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will mainly be responsible for booking freight, dispatching drivers, setting up the office and overseeing other office staff. Other responsibilities will develop as growth occurs. Successful candidate must be able to multi-task, set work priorities and provide excellent customer service to customers and drivers. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and assist the manager in implementing structure and organization in a hectic environment.
