Fulfillment Associate
FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE RECEIVING, PICK/PACK, COLLATION, & QC DEPARTMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all functions necessary to support the fulfillment process.
Pulls samples as required.
Checks quantity of items/packages to assure completeness of order.
Reviews each job ticket to determine shipping instructions, component parts and samples to be pulled.
Assembles customer & internal orders; prepares for shipment/routing.
Meters out all products via the electronic shipping systems.
Collates multiple pieces in correct sequence for customer orders.
Inserts collated orders in binders, folders and envelopes.
Staples packets according to shipping instructions.
Transfers material from press skids to shipping skids when necessary.
Transfers materials between departments as directed.
Distributes, delivers, and updates the system of non-production materials as received to correct parties.
- Matches all packing slips to purchase orders and verifies amounts shipped and received.
- Read and comprehend job orders.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Follows standard procedures and are able to give and take direction.
Complete attention to detail and eye/hand coordination is needed.
Excellent Attendance and Sense of Urgency.
Resolves routine problems; refers complex issues to higher levels.
Lifting up to 70lbs. Frequency varies daily.
Standing or walking your entire shift,
Constantly bending, twisting and reaching.
- Repeatedly assembling papers and folders, packaging product for shipment, fanning materials to count product.
Working hours are 1:30p-10p
