JOB DESCRIPTION:

Nationwide executive limousine service based in the Merrimack Valley seeks a full-time dispatcher/coordinator. As one of the premiere limousine services in New England, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Prospective candidates should possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Extensive area knowledge is a must, as well as familiarity with local airports. Experience in limousine industry is a plus. DUTIES:

As the key liaison between our clients and chauffeurs, you will need to oversee daily operations which include maintaining communication with our clients, including high profile executives and celebrities, in a professional manner. Provide price quotes and recommend most effective means of transportation to our clients. Route planning, schedule, and coordinate vehicles to match client needs. Track airline schedules using RLM and other sources of flight tracking software. Maintain serviceability and accountability of fleet logistical equipment. Conduct data entry, accounting, and other paperwork as necessary. Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong work ethic and flexibility paramount. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills a must. Demonstrate ability to provide conflict resolution and solve problems quickly. Work as part of a team and display capacity to perform under pressure. Competence in computers; world-wide-web, Microsoft necessary.
