Group Supervisor

GROUP SUPERVISOR - FLEET SERVICES

AAA, a 48 million-member service organization is seeking Group Supervisors for the St. Louis metropolitan area. Responsibilities include supervision of Field Service Technicians who perform roadside assistance and towing services.

We require prior supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive/roadside assistance environment, supervising five or more employees. Must possess and have demonstrated skills in team building, coaching, communication, and quality customer service. A good driving record is required and prior medium duty truck driving and roadside/towing experience would be beneficial. Applicants should possess basic skills with PC based office applications.

AAA offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Salary is commensurate with experience and opportunities exist for advancement and personal development.
